We are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (AEST)
Saturdays by prior arrangement with Roger.
We are closed for Public Holidays.
Q. Is JeepSpares Recycling a virtual business that just exists on the Web?
No, we have a real live workshop and office at Unit 22-24 Magnesium Drive, Crestmead, Qld 4132

Q. Does JeepSpares Recycling use a secure server for my orders?
Yes we do, Ordering is fast and secure. All credit card transactions at JeepSpares Recycling are securely processed using secure socket layer (SSL) software, which is the industry standard and among the best software available for secure commerce transactions. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels on the Internet.
Q. Does JeepSpares Recycling ship orders to customers outside of Australia?
We do, Roger will work with you to arrange the best shipping and delivery options for your purchase.
Please note: Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and value-added fees at customs. Custom fees, duties, and taxes are assessed by your country at the time your order is received by your country. If a customer does not pay the customs fees, duties and taxes upon receipt of their order, the fees will be charged to the customer as soon as JeepSpares Recycling receives notice from the respective governmental agency.
Accepted forms of payment are Credit Card, Pay Pal, and Electronic Transfer of Funds, which is at the discretion of JeepSpares Recycling.

The parts must be in stock.
The order must be placed and paid in full by 1:00PM AEST (On a normal business day)
BACK ORDERS
We will make every effort to ensure that your product is delivered to you in a timely manner. However, in the event that an item is in short supply, one or more items in your order may be back ordered.
We will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone to advice of the estimated delivery date of the backordered item (s).
OVERSIZE/OVERWEIGHT ITEMS
Additional charges will apply to oversized or overweight items, as determined by the selected carrier's weight and size restrictions.

Shipping will be calculated using the most cost effective means of transportation to ensure quality and timely service delivery.

We are sometimes asked to minimize the declared value of international shipments in order to minimize your exposure to duties, taxes, and customs. Please understand that we are unable to comply with these requests.
Q. What is your return policy?
NEW PARTS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it any time within 30 days of the date of purchase. Refunds do not include shipping costs. The product must not be installed, damaged, missing components or manufacturer's documentation. Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and will be assessed an appropriate re-stocking charge. Place your name and order number on the package for clear identification.
**Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods. Wheels are not returnable after tires have been mounted.
USED PARTS
Refunds on used parts are at the discretion of JeepSpares Recycling.

Q. How do the warranties work?
All new parts are covered only by their Manufacturer's Warranties and/or Guarantees. JeepSpares Recycling assumes no responsibility for misuse or misapplication by the user.
